Megatool is an AI tools directory that helps people discover third-party products. By using the site or submitting a tool you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to make a payment.

By submitting a tool you confirm that the information is accurate and not misleading, that you have the right to submit it, that the product complies with applicable laws, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We prepare the listing content from the linked page and may edit it for clarity and consistency.

Prohibited submissions

We do not accept tools that primarily provide or promote: adult or sexually explicit content, including AI companions intended for sexual gratification; illegal products or services; fraud, malware, phishing, or other cybercrime tools; unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material; unlicensed financial services, investment schemes, or cryptocurrency scams; or misleading medical or legal claims. We also do not accept products prohibited under our payment processor's restricted business policies.

Review and removal

Every submission is reviewed before publication. We may reject a submission, request changes, or remove a published listing at any time if it violates these terms, becomes inaccessible, or no longer matches its description. Attempts to manipulate rankings, submit false information, or bypass review are prohibited.

Listings and promotion

Approved listings appear in categories and search results with a link to your website. Featured styling, ranking priority, and sponsored placement are delivered as described in the plan you purchased. Sponsored placement is a shared, rotating position and does not guarantee exclusive exposure, traffic, or rankings.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. The Unlimited subscription renews automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The directory's layout, curated content, and branding belong to Megatool. Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification.

Disclaimer and liability

The directory is provided as is. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party listings or the availability of the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
